Mileage: Driving distance will always be calculated from Tails & Trails base of operations in Wappingers Falls, NY or Millerton, NY . If you live further than the listed driving distances included in the service a mileage fee will accrue. Contact us, so we can make arrangements to accommodate you and your pet.
 

Holidays: Holidays are a popular time for families to go away and need services. We have limited services for holidays at this time so please call in advance to schedule.

• Holiday fee of $10.00/day will apply. Please see holiday schedule below:

  • Easter Weekend- (2 days)

  • Memorial Weekend- (3 days)

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day Weekend- (3 days)

  • Thanksgiving and attached Weekends- (4 days)

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Eve

  • New Year’s Day
     

Cancellations: At least 24 hour notice is required. Same-day cancellations will be billed full fee. A week notice for holiday service cancellations is required. Failure to give notice a week in advance for Holiday service cancellations will result in a bill for the full fee.
 

Payment: Payment is required at time of service by cash or by check. Failure to make payment constitutes grounds for termination of service and additional fees.
